They were absolutely great at this location. Corporate U-Haul messed up my reservation but the crew took great care of me and had me on the road in no time. One of the best customer service experiences of my life.
We didn't have a reservation, but staff were very friendly and helpful in finding a suitable truck for the day. The gas on the truck didn't match the rental record, but I was able to take a picture using the checklist link and they accepted it upon return.
The facility is nice but that’s about it. I’ve gone there 12 times this year and 10 times I could not find a single cart to move my stuff. The employees tell me there is a lot of theft in the area “sorry sir”. I’ll have to find a new storage facility that has carts for their paying customers. I’m no expert but what about a check in / check out process for carts. Is it that hard to figure out? Someone cares about the financial contributions of your location. You are losing customers because of poor processes and management of the business. Someone is paying attention to this ?
The movers were kind and went well with moving my study desk and futon. They also provided me with reasonably priced moving materials.
The staff came and started working at 10:15 a.m. M and his team started work by packing small and fragile items, and the project was completed thirty minutes earlier than expected. Their efforts were remarkable.
Nice people and fast unloading for truck driver. I’m impressed beyond measure at the service I got! Everything went smoothly.
The truck smelled horrible, the staff was super rude, and i got charged double than what i should have. Do not have a $100 hold on your truck they will take it all.

The lack of communication and customer service is appalling We had an appointment for a hitch install and when arrived, were told it had to be pushed out a week. Then we were told an hour and it took to 3 hrs
