Moving company in Phoenix, AZ
Renting a truck from U-Haul was a smooth experience. The vehicle was clean, easy to drive, and ready when I arrived. The staff was helpful and made the pickup process quick and hassle-free.
The truck smelled horrible, the staff was super rude, and i got charged double than what i should have. Do not have a $100 hold on your truck they will take it all.
The lack of communication and customer service is appalling We had an appointment for a hitch install and when arrived, were told it had to be pushed out a week. Then we were told an hour and it took to 3 hrs
Nice people and fast unloading for truck driver. I’m impressed beyond measure at the service I got! Everything went smoothly.
I booked and prepaid for a hitch installation had to wait 10 days for appointment when scheduled day and time arrive no part and technician was off that day .I'm mad got a full refund I'll take my business elsewhere
