Moving company in Miami, FL
The service provided was the best I've ever experienced. The team tirelessly navigated flights of stairs for three hours without complaint. I cannot express enough gratitude to these individuals for providing me with the smoothest move ever. I'm thoroughly impressed.
Used them a month ago, quoted $400, then stated we had to pay them 2K before they'd take anything off the truck. Stated they were with two men and a truck when we booked them. Avoid at all costs.
This was the best experience we've ever had with movers... and we've moved many times. They worked really hard and were respectful of our things. They wrapped furniture safely, and the amount of work they were able to do in few hours was astonishing, and they charged a reasonable price.
We hadn't seen the reviews before we booked them but they haven't changed from everyone else's reviews. We're told on the phone and chat that we wouldn't be charged until they were done so that the hours were calculated correctly. However, we're then told we had to pay nearly $1000 before they unpacked anything. They changed us for the 3+ hours they were late due to a flat tire, a half hour+ lunch and the half hour+they needed to drive to Walmart for a tool to take the doors off our fridge (which they dropped getting it out of the trailer). They refused to take the glass tops to my desk, saying they didn't have anything to wrap them in, even tho we were told they would. Broke three boxes of glass/ceramics because they dropped out of the back of the trailer when they opened the door. Avoid at all costs.
Their moving service was excellent. Thanks to their careful and kind packing and delivery, none of my furniture or personal possessions were damaged in transit. They accommodate all of my needs, and I would strongly suggest them.
I saw this add on Facebook and I thought it will be a good decision but never look on the reviews. It’s always right, it’s too good to be true. Quote is 99$/hour with minimum of 3 hours. Leo the main guy, started and quite slow in wrapping my sofa, love seat, TV, etc. I asked if I have to pay for the wrap, he said only the bubble wrap. Everything is loaded in less than 3 hours and I feel like it can be faster as everything is disassembled ready for them. Then he said here’s your receipt. 1780$. I said I didn’t expect that. They charge for extra 1.5 hours of travel, fuel surcharge of 99, 400$ for heavy furniture which is over price, 350$ of wrapping and bubbles. And they want Cash. They said it’s ok for Zelle but he received a memo that they don’t accept Zelle for this day. What a stressful day! Lesson learned! Stay away from this people.
The crew was efficient and careful with my stuff. They packed it all up, loaded it onto the truck, and had me set up in my new place in six hours. Andrew and his crew were FANTASTIC!
They were all super friendly and took the time to make sure everything was moved carefully. They delivered on everything they promised- such as the flat rate guarantee.
It was a wonderful experience. The packing crew protected our stuff using eco-friendly materials. I was happy to see. Their unpacking assistance was invaluable since they put our furniture together and even hung our closets. This company genuinely cares about its consumers.
They give you a quote over the phone and then change it when they have your stuff on the truck. The mover were polite, but the company is a scam. I don't understand how they are still in business with all this awful reviews.
