Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It was my sister's place and my home, and I had to move 25 packed boxes and 2 large mirrors. The movers used a compact truck, loaded it in less than an hour, and brought blankets, even though it was a short drive. All came over safely!
It was quite an exciting moment moving into our first house, but I was concerned we might damage our new furniture. The movers also had to take their time to protect all items before loading them into the truck. It was all there, all in good order, and clean! It was a wonderful experience, and I am so happy!
Throughout the relocation, the movers were really kind and polite. They worked swiftly and effectively without being bogged down, according to my instructions, and carefully handled each package. Every aspect of the event's planning and execution went smoothly.
This was an interstate move, and I had a very short time to get it done due to a new lease starting. They planned it very carefully and arrived on time at the drop-off. If I ever relocate again, I would definitely use them again!
The crew showed good attention to detail during the entire relocation. Furniture was protected before being moved, and fragile boxes were handled separately. Everything was placed in an orderly way after delivery.
I did have a complicated move with several stops, but this moving company did a wonderful job. They sent their movers, who were patient and careful throughout. All materials were received very well and in a timely manner. Kudos to them!
I regret hiring this company. The moving crew lacked urgency and didn't work together as a team. The entire move was slow from beginning to end. I'll be choosing another mover next time.
The movers took much longer to complete the job than the original estimate. There were several unnecessary pauses during the move, which made the day feel much longer. I had expected a more efficient service. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating.
The homeowners underestimated how many belongings they had, so the packing process took longer than anticipated. Better preparation would have made the move more efficient.
They used heavy-duty blankets and special crating to load and unload our glassware and large-screen televisions safely as they crossed the town.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Trustpoint Moving Group holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
