It was a rainy day that we didn't plan for, and the team was ready. No water got on any of the items. Their preparedness really stood out!
The movers took much longer to complete the job than the original estimate. There were several unnecessary pauses during the move, which made the day feel much longer. I had expected a more efficient service. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating.
There was a large collection of oil paintings on Order #MV-1048 to be moved from one location to another, and the movers were very careful in the handling of these paintings using Truck #T-148. They were all individually box padded and were shipped upright without any problems.
Although I was unsure if it would be beneficial, after this experience, I recommend hiring movers to everyone. They saved me a lot of work and worrying about all those boxes. My back was happy as well. Well worth the money!
The crew showed good attention to detail during the entire relocation. Furniture was protected before being moved, and fragile boxes were handled separately. Everything was placed in an orderly way after delivery.
We had to make a last-minute change in a company within the city after the last one canceled. They accommodated us and even came prepared with a full staff. They moved us into the new apartment on the same day and packed all our belongings in less than 8 hours. Total lifesavers!
I regret hiring this company. The moving crew lacked urgency and didn't work together as a team. The entire move was slow from beginning to end. I'll be choosing another mover next time.

We were moving state lines with a toddler and lots of delicate baby products. The movers handled it very carefully, particularly the crib, the stroller and the feeding supplies. Not a single item was lost or mis-handled, we were at ease in a stressful time!
