There was a large collection of oil paintings on Order #MV-1048 to be moved from one location to another, and the movers were very careful in the handling of these paintings using Truck #T-148. They were all individually box padded and were shipped upright without any problems.
I was leaving a 2-bedroom home filled with delicate antiques ;Trust point Moving Group movers did it all with great care. They wrapped each collectible, padded it with special padding, and didn't let a single item get scratched. 5-star service!
The movers were not efficient at all. They carried very small loads and spent too much time walking back and forth. It felt like the job was being dragged out. I won't recommend this company.
The moving crew arrived later than the planned time, which disrupted the schedule for the day. The loading process also took longer than expected. Communication about the delay was not very clear. Overall, the move felt poorly organized.
