Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
The crew seemed unprepared when they arrived at my home. There was some confusion about the order of the work, and several items took a long time to load. I had to keep explaining what needed to be done. Better preparation would have made the move much easier.
The movers took much longer to complete the job than the original estimate. There were several unnecessary pauses during the move, which made the day feel much longer. I had expected a more efficient service. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating.
There was a large collection of oil paintings on Order #MV-1048 to be moved from one location to another, and the movers were very careful in the handling of these paintings using Truck #T-148. They were all individually box padded and were shipped upright without any problems.
It was a rainy day that we didn't plan for, and the team was ready. No water got on any of the items. Their preparedness really stood out!
I was most impressed with their care of our wooden furniture. They padded everything and didn't drag anything across the floor. The crew was polite!!!
I regret hiring this company. The moving crew lacked urgency and didn't work together as a team. The entire move was slow from beginning to end. I'll be choosing another mover next time.
The moving team handled the household relocation in a calm and organized way. They prepared the furniture carefully and kept the boxes arranged throughout the move. Everything was brought into the new home smoothly, making the whole process feel much easier.
The moving crew made the home relocation feel well managed from beginning to end. They prepared the furniture properly, handled fragile items carefully, and kept the process organized. Everything was unloaded at the new home in a neat and efficient manner.
The crew kept the relocation well structured throughout the day. They organized the loading properly and handled the furniture carefully around doorways and corners. The delivery was completed efficiently, making the transition into the new home easier.
