I regret hiring this company. The moving crew lacked urgency and didn't work together as a team. The entire move was slow from beginning to end. I'll be choosing another mover next time.
We moved during heavy rainfall, but our team had been well-prepared, protective covers and extra care were provided for each box. The weather failed to affect the items in any way, causing them to remain dry, clean and undamaged.
Heavy rain at the destination point didn't hinder the moving process at all. All upholstered furniture was covered with thick plastic stretch wrap to prevent water damage when unloading.
It was a rainy day that we didn't plan for, and the team was ready. No water got on any of the items. Their preparedness really stood out!
We had to make a last-minute change in a company within the city after the last one canceled. They accommodated us and even came prepared with a full staff. They moved us into the new apartment on the same day and packed all our belongings in less than 8 hours. Total lifesavers!

The crew showed good attention to detail during the entire relocation. Furniture was protected before being moved, and fragile boxes were handled separately. Everything was placed in an orderly way after delivery.

I thought it was gonna be a nightmare, we were living in an apartment with no elevator on the third floor. On the contrary, the movers were like pros, and never complained about the stairs. What looked hard was made easy and they were done in well before they'd anticipated.
