Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
The movers took much longer to complete the job than the original estimate. There were several unnecessary pauses during the move, which made the day feel much longer. I had expected a more efficient service. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating.
I was quite surprised and overwhelmed when I moved from an old apartment to a new house, because it was a big life change. But the first call till the last box was unloaded was all very well planned with them.
I regret hiring this company. The moving crew lacked urgency and didn't work together as a team. The entire move was slow from beginning to end. I'll be choosing another mover next time.
It was hard to park close to our former home, and the truck had to park even further away than we thought it would. The team was professional and moved boxes around using trolleys. They weren't complaining and did not impose an unfair additional cost.
We had a lot of stuff in our house when we were moving into our new house. Fortunately, the movers at this company were quick to be patient, prepared everything with great care and even covered the trucks with protective barriers for extra security. They made the delivery the very next day and even unloaded it in their new place, in their rooms. The service was just wonderful!
The crew seemed unprepared when they arrived at my home. There was some confusion about the order of the work, and several items took a long time to load. I had to keep explaining what needed to be done. Better preparation would have made the move much easier.
The crew worked together effectively during every stage of the home move. They protected the furniture before transportation and were careful with delicate belongings. Loading was completed systematically, and unloading was just as organized. Everything was placed according to the plan. The whole process was handled professionally.
I was leaving a 2-bedroom home filled with delicate antiques ;Trust point Moving Group movers did it all with great care. They wrapped each collectible, padded it with special padding, and didn't let a single item get scratched. 5-star service!
The crew handled the household move with professionalism and patience. They protected the furniture, kept the boxes organized, and worked efficiently throughout the day. Everything was unloaded carefully at the destination.
Heavy rain at the destination point didn't hinder the moving process at all. All upholstered furniture was covered with thick plastic stretch wrap to prevent water damage when unloading.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Trustpoint Moving Group holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
