All team members were knowledgeable and courteous. They were patient and thorough with fragile or delicate items, yet they continued to work at a quick pace. All received was in good order.
I had to book the move on short notice as another company canceled the night before. I panicked, and all of a sudden, I saw an ad for this moving company that claimed to accommodate customers on short notice. These guys were ready to work out within 24 hours. They were early, equipped appropriately, and it somehow felt like they had been planned for weeks in advance. I would definitely use them again!
It was very scary to be travelling from the other side of the country, but they assured me of safety at every stop. Highly recommended.
I regret hiring this company. The moving crew lacked urgency and didn't work together as a team. The entire move was slow from beginning to end. I'll be choosing another mover next time.
The movers were not efficient at all. They carried very small loads and spent too much time walking back and forth. It felt like the job was being dragged out. I won't recommend this company.
It took us all day to move into our 3-bedroom home. There were no breaks during the work. All packed up and done on the scheduled day. It was a big house, but they did it as they would any other job. Recommended.
The crew showed good attention to detail during the entire relocation. Furniture was protected before being moved, and fragile boxes were handled separately. Everything was placed in an orderly way after delivery.
There was a large collection of oil paintings on Order #MV-1048 to be moved from one location to another, and the movers were very careful in the handling of these paintings using Truck #T-148. They were all individually box padded and were shipped upright without any problems.
Heavy rain at the destination point didn't hinder the moving process at all. All upholstered furniture was covered with thick plastic stretch wrap to prevent water damage when unloading.
Although I was unsure if it would be beneficial, after this experience, I recommend hiring movers to everyone. They saved me a lot of work and worrying about all those boxes. My back was happy as well. Well worth the money!
