Moving company in Houston, TX
They went above and beyond by packing some loose items that I wasn’t able to get to, and after the move they placed each piece of furniture and each box exactly where I wanted it. I had a full sized truck available to me to carry absolutely everything in one trip.
The price was right and the service superb! The three young Hispanic Men arrived on time. We started with a walk through of the house, and he explained how everything would go. It took them 5.5 hours to move me out and into my new place. They dismantled the beds and the dressers, upon arrival everything was intact! I appreciate their sense of urgency when moving items. I will book them again of course!
They communicated really well about timing, they were prompt, and they worked really quickly while taking care of all my things. They wrapped fragile items for me, and everything made it through the move in good condition. Enrique and his team were friendly and patient, even though my original apartment was a mess, not to mention the three flights of stairs they had to manage. I’m so grateful for them and I recommend them 100%.
They worked nonstop from the moment they arrived and never took unnecessary breaks. Everything was carefully wrapped and padded, and they handled our furniture and belongings with real care and attention. On top of that, they were polite, professional, and very respectful of our items and home. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Transit Moving Systems again and highly recommend this team specifically!
I had nothing but a sour taste in my mouth for movers until I found Transit Moving Systems. They are very professional and very good at what they do and treat your possessions and property as if it was the their grandmother’s. They are a very good company to go with! Their pricing is extremely competitive and comparable to all of the other quotes you will get and they don’t pack on extra fees at the last minute. I can’t say enough good things about them and how satisfied we were.
Transit Moving Systems showed up late, the driver had the wrong phone number to contact me. They damaged walls moving out of my previous house and damaged walls moving into my new house. I paid for them to pack 3 tvs and when I unpacked and set up my 65" tv, I noticed the screen was broken. The movers also tried to fit my refrigerator through spaces where it would not fit and after suggesting to them to remove the doors, they watched as I removed the refrigerator doors. I reached out to Transit regarding the cracked tv screen and evidently nobody wants to speak with me. I'm very unhappy with this company because they should at least have the integrity to respond to an issue. The movers took adequate breaks and I just don't understand how this company remains in business if this is the treatment they give customers. Take your business elsewhere, otherwise they will keep making victims of paying customers.
I have moved many times in my career - domestically and internationally. I can honestly say “there has never been a move without some drama!”. I have had the extraordinary experience of having had Transit Moving Systems move me twice - there was not one problem or hiccup in my recent move. The team who cared for my belongings were and are amazing. Easy to work with, on-time and careful with my possessions. There are many other positive comments I could make. If you’re looking for a mover who cares - look no further than Transit Moving Systems
Working with Joan Pablo and the whole Transit Moving Systems team for our 2nd move has been pretty amazing. I really really really appreciate that our rep took the time to make sure the volume of our move was accurate as possible! Pick up went great. Guys worked hard. Handled my husbands 400lb safe without trouble. Delivery was perfect since they made sure everything that was disassembled, was reassembled and put back into the proper rooms. If I could give Transit Moving Systems 100 stars I really would! Thank you guys!
The people I worked with were both great. They got there on time, worked hard without stopping, and were careful with everything. Their speed and skill in finishing the transfer were truly impressive, and I am deeply thankful.
Three total professionals -- Yuri Roque and Alonso-- efficiently and carefully wrapped and loaded my furniture, worked with my building's front desk manager, delivered my belongings safely, and set everything up to my liking at the new location. The experience couldn't have been better, and I'll ask for that team by name next time I need to move. Thank you so much! --
