Horrible experience
I was moving about 400 miles with less than 450 sq ft of inventory. When I was first sold by the sales agent (his name was Santi) he told me I would not have to pay over a dime more than our agreed upon Bill of Lading and to call him if I was ever quoted more. (hint: I paid more). I received one call to confirm my inventory list a few days in advance, which was only a few more items than my original quote, and then after moving the pickup date, they never got another inventory. Additionally, when I called about the COI (certificate of insurance) I was told that "I was supposed to tell them I needed it and it was too late otherwise" when I had told Santi when I booked the company three weeks prior. Then, on pick up day, I was told my pickup window was 10am-2pm and I called multiple times in that timeframe asking for an update and kept getting "the driver will call you". I never got a phone call from this team. I finally got a phone call at 3:15pm!! It was a new crew because the one assigned was held up at a different job and no one called to tell me. I was supposed to get a 1-2 hours heads up but this guy called me 20 minutes out. When he got there, he told me it was more than what my original bill of lading, and I tried calling Santi to resolve this and of course, he never answered and never returned my voicemails. I ended up paying $700 more because I couldn't find the rest in my already filled car. They didn't finish packing everything up until 5:30pm. Then, no one in this whole process told me that the payments were to be in postal money order or cash, which I obviously didn't have. I had to drive states away after this and had told them the day before 2pm was my cutoff time, but this was the only day I could move. So we missed my buildings delivery window and had to push it to the next day. Then, the next day comes around and I am supposed to receive a heads up call for drop-off and of course, I didn't. I was told it would be about 3/4pm but I called at 1pm to check in and they said, again, 20 minutes out. When they got there, they carelessly dropped my dresser on the ground and split some of the wood. And, one of the only boxes that had "FRAGILE" all over it was absolutely destroyed, and you guessed it, half the items were broken.

Worst Moving Experience
If I could leave a zero star review, I would. What started off being sold to me as an affordable option for moving ended up being significantly worse than I could have imagined. During my first call and initial payment, the member I was talking to was very kind, informative, and asked about what I was moving. I estimated three dressers, two twin beds and their frames, a dining table and four chairs, a sofa, a living chair, a desk, a desk chair, and thirty boxes. This was a good amount of furniture, and they were very confident they could move this easily. Perfect! I was given my initial estimate, the initial day of my pickup, and I was told everything would be white-glove. I wouldn't have to touch any of my furniture or boxes, and they would deliver everything safely and on time. Wonderful! As a note, Top Nation Relocation is the company that organizes the movers, not the ones ACTUALLY doing the moving. My moving company was Home Run Vanlines. The moving day came, everything was packed and ready to go, and then the movers were delayed. Okay, I have to be out of my apartment and storage unit today, but they're just delayed, this is fine. They're delayed AGAIN. And then AGAIN. And then suddenly it's 8 PM and they're not actually going to be there on my pickup day. Sick. My landlord makes me call them in order to prove that I'm not lying. The entire situation was incredibly uncomfortable. The moving company told me and my landlord they'd be there at 6 AM sharp. They did not arrive the next day until almost 10 AM. I was then apparently given only 400 cubic-feet of space in the truck for all of my furniture and boxes, which was truly impossible. I don't know who does the estimates for how much space three dressers and a sofa take up, but it certainly was not only 400-cubic feet. So, my estimate goes up by about $3,000. Sobbingly having to leave several of my late-grandmother's things as I move across the country, I manage to get my estimate down to only about $1,000 more than my initial given price. I get one bed without a frame, two dressers, a desk, a desk chair, and my dining table with two chairs, and most of my boxes. I did not get a sofa, a second bed, my living chair, one of my dressers, and half of my dining chairs. They took boxes of glass that I was going to bring in my car because they had sentimental pieces in them (we'll come back to this later), but admittedly wrapped the furniture they did take really well, I'll give them this. My stuff was packed up, the head individual running things ask about my delivery date (which we'll come to later), and then they were off. I packed whatever I could fit into my car, leaving again most of my late-grandmother's inherited goods behind with my abusive ex, and then moved across the country. My delivery day came, halfway through the month. I had heard NOTHING about my movers, so I called TNR again just to check in. Apparently, the delivery day I gave the movers wasn't ACTUALLY my delivery day, but the "Earliest Available Delivery Date". They hadn't even started moving my things in my direction yet. So, I ended up in my new apartment with none of my furniture, sleeping on the floor for almost three weeks until I finally heard that the movers were on their way. Cool! Finally! The day they're going to be there comes, they say they'll be there between 7-9 AM on a Sunday. Well, I'm a minister, so that means I have to call out of serving my congregation. They don't arrive until 5 PM, and I am unable to see my things until I pay them, so I pay them over Apple Pay (weird as hell by the way, but whatever). 85% of my boxes are either torn or crushed, and there is no regard for my things as they are haphazardly stacked in the lobby of my apartment complex. They complain about having to walk all the way down the hallway (mind you, again, I've been sleeping on the floor for three weeks), and then just leave my things around. At one point, the head individual puts a very heavy portion of my desk onto the elevator with a random other person and says to me "you can handle that one" and then gets off the elevator. I, in fact, could NOT handle that part without the dolly he used to put it onto the elevator, and only was able to get it OFF of the elevator with the help of someone at the floor I was getting off of. It was NOT "white glove delivery" wherein I didn't have to carry things, and there were SEVERAL instances where I had to put together pieces of furniture that they took apart or carry stacks of my boxes that they would leave in the hallway. They proceeded to make sexist remarks to the people helping me unpack ("you should leave the lifting to the big strong men"), and then would set down boxes CLEARLY marked as "fragile" with zero regard. Several of my items arrived shattered, including the boxes of glass which I intended to bring myself, including items from the early 1900s I inherited from even my great-grandparents which cannot be replaced, my desk and desk chair- hell, even a coat-hanger came broken in a box full of soft clothing. They ended the entire delivery by asking the religious denomination of my household, and pushing us to answer despite me being clearly VERY frustrated with the fact that maybe two of my boxes arrived in "okay" condition. It is now a month later, I have gotten no reimbursement for my broken objects, and am not estimated to for another two months. This process was miserable, drawn out, rude, and overall more expensive than if I just moved all of my things myself. I cannot dissuade anyone ENOUGH from not using this company. The entire process, lack of communication, and disrespect for my belongings is impossibly unprofessional.
