I was careful this time around, after having bad luck with another moving company. The broker did a fantastic job of introducing us to a great carrier that was fully screened and rated to our expectations. The pricing was clear, the communication was non-stop, and the move was flawless!
I never knew how much effort it would take to move a house until this team got involved! They packed up our kitchen, they took care of the sofa, and they had everything delivered without any trouble.
This was a work relocation, and I need movers who will have the ability to pack up and unpack. They were able to arrange with my business, they were able to package all the items securely, and they had all the items delivered within the promised time. It’s the finest service I’ve ever received!
It was a combination of a lot of old furniture and delicate decorations that required special care when travelling long distances. The packing team was ready with specially designed crating materials and double-walled boxes, which they applied with the utmost care towards our heirlooms. The pictures show how well everything was wrapped; we felt confident, and every item arrived at our new home in perfect condition.
This was not a relocation, but an in-house move. During the house's reconstruction we had to transport a number of heavy items from the upper story to the basement. The crew was quick, easy to work with and the minimum charge was reasonable.
We were moving to another state with our family and needed assistance with the arrangements. Top Nation Relocation explained the services available and how to coordinate the relocation. Their professional communication and willingness to answer my questions was appreciated. This gave us a clearer vision for our move.
I was unhappy with how one of my larger furniture items was handled. It was moved through a tight area without enough protection and ended up with visible damage. I expected the crew to take more precautions. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations.
I was concerned about having to pay a lot of additional charges as I am moving out of a small 2-bedroom apartment and on a limited budget. The first consultation was simple, and they had made a partial packing schedule that was totally suitable for my needs, and they didn't charge me extra for things I could do myself. This crew was efficient, respected our no-elevator policy, and moved my items out in record time.
The truck was rented out by us and we needed only help with loading the truck. The available space was used very well and the spaces were packed tightly and securely. During this drive, nothing moved so we were happy with that.
The moving process started in a great way with the initial consultation process. The representative took the time to explain how the DOT works, what he could and couldn't load on the truck, and the carrier-assignment process. We felt 100% confident signing up without putting down a deposit because the education and transparency of service were at that level.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. TOP NATION RELOCATION holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
