Promises made, but not fulfilled
This is not a moving company but a broker. They make promises on the phone, but when your items get picked up, they do not get sent. Our stuff which we were told would take approximately 7-10 days to arrive, is still sitting at a warehouse, three weeks later. I called and was told to take it up with the carrier. Your phone rep is the one who told me what would happen, so this is a carrier you use chose not me. If they are not going to follow through on the promises you make, then maybe you shouldn't use them, because they will cost you. I will never use you again.
