Crew was very polite and professional, and handled all our items with care. They were very efficient and everything came in good order. 5-star experience!
I was careful this time around, after having bad luck with another moving company. The broker did a fantastic job of introducing us to a great carrier that was fully screened and rated to our expectations. The pricing was clear, the communication was non-stop, and the move was flawless!
The crew showed up just at 8:00 AM in a well-ventilated truck without a speck of dust on it. They reinforced door posts, laid floor runners and started to work immediately. The whole packing and moving process of our 2 room house was done within 5 hours. When we arrived all was set and no wall or furniture was damaged and the final cost was exactly as quoted in the binding.
The coordinated process was conducted professionally. We had useful information regarding our move, and the staff was patient with our questions regarding the estimate, item list and our move date. They left no doubt about what was to come next. We were grateful for their work in making things easy to understand.
I was disappointed with the way some of my belongings were handled. A few boxes looked crushed when they arrived, and I expected much better care throughout the move.
I had to reschedule the moving timeline and the discussion of the new arrangements with the team. They assisted us in reviewing the revised pickup plans and ensured the household list was accurate. The staff was courteous and responsive despite the changes. I highly recommend their company.
Traveling across the country was enough of a challenge, but these guys made it easier. The driver was in touch with us throughout the journey and we had our things delivered in the time frame we'd been promised. We were hoping that everything would be in good order, and that is what happened.
I was quoted a reasonable price on the phone and when movers showed up, I asked if it looked like it was the quoted amount, to which they say yes. Then as soon as everything is loaded, I am hit with more fees to the tune of 8K with having already put down a 2900 dollar deposit. They will pull a bait and switch, please go with another mover such as United.
Gregory and his team were very patient and understanding throughout the move. They provided information on available moving services, helped with the inventory discussion, and addressed questions about timing and coordination. They communicated calmly and respectfully, which was great. It made it easier to go through.
We were transferring into a high-rise building that had very specific requirements and our HOA asked for a Certificate of Insurance. The company sent the COI to them within about 20 minutes of my request. The crew was able to move the freight elevator efficiently and ended up moving freight about 45 minutes before the move was scheduled to be completed.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. TOP NATION RELOCATION holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
