Crew was very polite and professional, and handled all our items with care. They were very efficient and everything came in good order. 5-star experience!
I noticed the movers used a lot of extra shrink wrap on my leather couch and the mattress to keep them clean. It was a long move, but everything stayed dry and arrived in the same condition it was picked up.
Traveling across the country was enough of a challenge, but these guys made it easier. The driver was in touch with us throughout the journey and we had our things delivered in the time frame we'd been promised. We were hoping that everything would be in good order, and that is what happened.
I really enjoyed the inventory tracking they had. The boxes were scanned when they were loaded and again when they were unloaded. It has helped to make us feel secure while moving, and everything managed to get to our destination.
I was most impressed with the communication. We were always informed at the beginning, throughout the call and at the end about what was going on. Moving our sectional sofa and marble coffee table up the narrow staircase was challenging, but the team navigated it carefully without damaging or marking walls or furniture. Very experienced team.
I had to change my pickup date by two days because of a delay with my house closing. The office staff at Top Nation handled the rescheduling with the carrier and made sure the new timing worked for everyone involved. I was mostly worried about the paperwork, but they sent over the updated contract before the truck even showed up. It was a lot of coordination, but they kept everything organized.
I had to move into a new apartment and was a bit stressed because we had 2 gaming setups, a glass dining table and lots of decor. The crew brought all the wraps and pads, and they did so very, very well. They were very careful with my belongings and did solid work from start to finish. Very good vibe check.
So, I booked them last minute, like embarrassingly last minute. I called them expecting them to ditch me, but they did not. They had a carrier confirmed for me by the next afternoon, and everything went according to plan I am so grateful!
If I could, I would rate as negative stars. This service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!! Costs change without any explanation, they will not give you accurate times for when they will pick up or deliver your stuff. They broke some of our furniture. It has been seven days and I was just informed my stuff hasn't even shipped yet and they have 5-10 days after they decide it could be shipped to get your stuff to you. That time didn't even start until 4 days after pick up. I will not have my stuff for at least 2 weeks at this point. Will I even get everything back, what will be missing or broken? Ridiculous!
I just finished unpacking and realized that not a single glass or plate was broken during the trip. They assigned a carrier that actually knew how to stack boxes properly in the truck, so nothing shifted around while they were driving. It took about a week for delivery, but they stayed in touch with me the whole time.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. TOP NATION RELOCATION holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
