Crew was very polite and professional, and handled all our items with care. They were very efficient and everything came in good order. 5-star experience!
We used Top Nation Relocation for an interstate move, and they did not disappoint. They made sure to pack our sofa set, TV and everything in between. All boxes were marked and easily located later.
I was careful this time around, after having bad luck with another moving company. The broker did a fantastic job of introducing us to a great carrier that was fully screened and rated to our expectations. The pricing was clear, the communication was non-stop, and the move was flawless!
I truly appreciated the care and effort the movers put into every step of the process. They stayed focused, communicated well, and treated my belongings as if they were their own. Excellent service.
I was quoted a reasonable price on the phone and when movers showed up, I asked if it looked like it was the quoted amount, to which they say yes. Then as soon as everything is loaded, I am hit with more fees to the tune of 8K with having already put down a 2900 dollar deposit. They will pull a bait and switch, please go with another mover such as United.
Traveling across the country was enough of a challenge, but these guys made it easier. The driver was in touch with us throughout the journey and we had our things delivered in the time frame we'd been promised. We were hoping that everything would be in good order, and that is what happened.
The price of our interstate move was not too high when compared to other broker's quotes. The road up to the house was not easy, but I did not encounter any problems until we reached the mountain with the shuttle truck to get to the house. The drivers appeared to be used to these kinds of scenarios.
I really enjoyed the inventory tracking they had. The boxes were scanned when they were loaded and again when they were unloaded. It has helped to make us feel secure while moving, and everything managed to get to our destination.
We were transferring into a high-rise building that had very specific requirements and our HOA asked for a Certificate of Insurance. The company sent the COI to them within about 20 minutes of my request. The crew was able to move the freight elevator efficiently and ended up moving freight about 45 minutes before the move was scheduled to be completed.
I'm so thankful to have worked with this crew because it felt like having your best high school friends move, with the bonus of professional equipment. The young team came on schedule and had a lot of positive energy. They immediately captivated my nervous children and ensured that my old parents were given comfortable chairs to sit on while the rest of the home was pulled down around them. The team stored our loose items in the kitchen and in the closet in reusable, eco-friendly, heavy-duty plastic rental bins, and wrapped our wooden furniture with thick, freshly washed moving blankets. It was a pleasant, informal and highly talkative experience.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. TOP NATION RELOCATION holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
