Crew was very polite and professional, and handled all our items with care. They were very efficient and everything came in good order. 5-star experience!
We were assigned an extremely organized crew who was quick and capable. They packed everything by room and placed it accordingly, and never had to backtrack for drop-off. We were packed in and out in one full day, which we did not expect because there was a lot of packing. It was a great move!
The price of our interstate move was not too high when compared to other broker's quotes. The road up to the house was not easy, but I did not encounter any problems until we reached the mountain with the shuttle truck to get to the house. The drivers appeared to be used to these kinds of scenarios.
If I could, I would rate as negative stars. This service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!! Costs change without any explanation, they will not give you accurate times for when they will pick up or deliver your stuff. They broke some of our furniture. It has been seven days and I was just informed my stuff hasn't even shipped yet and they have 5-10 days after they decide it could be shipped to get your stuff to you. That time didn't even start until 4 days after pick up. I will not have my stuff for at least 2 weeks at this point. Will I even get everything back, what will be missing or broken? Ridiculous!
Traveling across the country was enough of a challenge, but these guys made it easier. The driver was in touch with us throughout the journey and we had our things delivered in the time frame we'd been promised. We were hoping that everything would be in good order, and that is what happened.
I didn't expect much from this one, as our experience with these guys so far hasn't been great, but Top Nation Relocation really changed that. They handled all the boxes, appliances and fragile items with care and precision. They placed everything exactly where I wanted it in the new home, and nothing was scratched or lost. I highly recommend them!
The crew showed up just at 8:00 AM in a well-ventilated truck without a speck of dust on it. They reinforced door posts, laid floor runners and started to work immediately. The whole packing and moving process of our 2 room house was done within 5 hours. When we arrived all was set and no wall or furniture was damaged and the final cost was exactly as quoted in the binding.
We had to make a last-minute decision because our closing date changed, and we only had a week to get things worked out. This company worked with our schedule; the staff was very helpful, coming out early and packing everything up nicely the same day. This service was truly superb.
The movers worked together professionally throughout the home relocation. They secured the furniture properly before loading everything. Fragile belongings were handled with additional care during the move. The new home was unloaded in an orderly manner.
I was quoted a reasonable price on the phone and when movers showed up, I asked if it looked like it was the quoted amount, to which they say yes. Then as soon as everything is loaded, I am hit with more fees to the tune of 8K with having already put down a 2900 dollar deposit. They will pull a bait and switch, please go with another mover such as United.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. TOP NATION RELOCATION holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
