I was careful this time around, after having bad luck with another moving company. The broker did a fantastic job of introducing us to a great carrier that was fully screened and rated to our expectations. The pricing was clear, the communication was non-stop, and the move was flawless!
It was a wonderful service from the first estimate call through to unloading. We didn't have to wait long, as the movers packed our kitchenware, gaming consoles, office chairs and bedroom furniture without any hassle. The team were friendly, and all items were delivered safely after a long moving day. Will definitely return the service.
We had dozens of tables, chairs, kitchen equipment and storage shelves to move at our restaurant relocation. The crew did everything systematically and ensured that all items were delivered safely. I was impressed with their attention to detail.
I highly recommend this company, in part because the service was consistent from beginning to end. The staff at the office handled the booking professionally, and the estimate was fair. They were professional throughout the move. Keep up the spirits high!
Crew was very polite and professional, and handled all our items with care. They were very efficient and everything came in good order. 5-star experience!
Traveling across the country was enough of a challenge, but these guys made it easier. The driver was in touch with us throughout the journey and we had our things delivered in the time frame we'd been promised. We were hoping that everything would be in good order, and that is what happened.
The crew showed up just at 8:00 AM in a well-ventilated truck without a speck of dust on it. They reinforced door posts, laid floor runners and started to work immediately. The whole packing and moving process of our 2 room house was done within 5 hours. When we arrived all was set and no wall or furniture was damaged and the final cost was exactly as quoted in the binding.
I was quoted a reasonable price on the phone and when movers showed up, I asked if it looked like it was the quoted amount, to which they say yes. Then as soon as everything is loaded, I am hit with more fees to the tune of 8K with having already put down a 2900 dollar deposit. They will pull a bait and switch, please go with another mover such as United.
The one thing that stood out was how responsive the office staff was before the move. Each time I needed to know when something would happen, where I could park, or how to get to the elevator, someone actually answered my questions well. The moving crew arrived on time, communicated well, and kept us informed throughout the day. Great overall customer service.
I was expecting a delay for our move because it was a busy weekend, but now we're here, it wasn't a problem. The truck came at the right time, the crew worked efficiently throughout the day, and the unloading operation started at a quicker pace than expected. I had the smoothest service experience of my years.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. TOP NATION RELOCATION holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
