The crew had to move several heavy appliances along with the regular household furniture. They coordinated the lifting and used the right approach for each item. The entire load-out was completed smoothly and professionally.
We had a home office to relocate along with the rest of the house. The desks, monitors, filing boxes, and office chairs needed to stay together as much as possible. The movers followed our instructions, and setting everything back up at the new place was much simpler than expected.

My experience with the moving company Titan Moving Group. Would not recommend. The movers came to pick up my stuff at 4 PM. They had already done two jobs that day. They were tired and in a hurry. Same exact experience when they came to drop my stuff off at my new place. They lost some of my stuff. They damaged almost all of my furniture. Titan Moving Group is clearly one of those companies that hires as few workers to do as much work as possible. That leads to shitty service because the workers are always tired and in a hurry. Ultimately, I wish I had just sold my furniture and started over at my new place rather than pay for such a shitty service from Titan Moving Group. I feel like if you're moving and you have furniture that is so nice you really want to transfer it with you, you probably have enough money to hire a better service than Titan Moving Group.
Hired this group to move my 67 year old mother. Original price was 3500 then the day before the move my mom increased the count of boxes from 50 to 100 an additional150 cubes. That ame with a 1600 increase in price no problem I understand but then the day of the move my mother was told it would be an additional 1600 on top of the other 1600. They said she had 350 more cubes no explanation about what caused the increase was told their computer didn't estimate the correct cubes. So had to pay what are you going to do its the moving day. So if you do want to us this company make them come and look and set a hard price if not they will double the cost the day of the move and screw you because they know you have no other choice.

The movers helped us deal with the remaining belongings and kept the main loading schedule moving. It was a useful option for a household that was almost ready but not quite there.

Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They picked up our daughter’s furniture and, since then, we’ve received virtually no updates about when it will be delivered. Communication has been absolutely terrible—we’ve called and reached out multiple times, but no one can give us a clear delivery date or meaningful information. Entrusting a moving company with your belongings requires confidence that they will communicate and follow through. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We have no idea when our daughter’s furniture will arrive, and the lack of transparency has been incredibly stressful. I would never recommend Titan Moving Company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values communication and customer service. I would give zero stars out of 5
