Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They picked up our daughter’s furniture and, since then, we’ve received virtually no updates about when it will be delivered. Communication has been absolutely terrible—we’ve called and reached out multiple times, but no one can give us a clear delivery date or meaningful information. Entrusting a moving company with your belongings requires confidence that they will communicate and follow through. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We have no idea when our daughter’s furniture will arrive, and the lack of transparency has been incredibly stressful. I would never recommend Titan Moving Company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values communication and customer service. I would give zero stars out of 5
Our move involved a few stops, so I thought keeping track of everything might be difficult. The movers kept things organized and made sure the right items came off at each location. They were friendly and easy to work with. Nothing was missing at the end. Really solid service.
This moving company failed to meet my expectations in many ways. The movers arrived late and did not apologize for the delay. They handled my belongings without much care. Some boxes were placed incorrectly, causing unnecessary damage. The staff was not professional when I raised my concerns. Customer support did not provide a helpful response afterward. The overall process was stressful and poorly organized. I expected much better service for the amount charged. I would not hire them again. It was a disappointing experience.
Choosing this company turned out to be a huge mistake. The delivery timeline they provided was extremely misleading, and my belongings arrived much later than expected. Living in a new apartment without furniture, clothing, or kitchen supplies for several days was incredibly frustrating. When I finally received my shipment, I realized that multiple items were missing. Instead of immediately helping me, the company delayed the claims process and expected me to pay shipping costs upfront to recover property that they had lost. Their customer service representatives showed very little concern and offered no real assistance. I would never trust this company with another move and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
We had already packed most of the house, but the final day always leaves a pile of unexpected things. There were lamps without boxes, loose kitchen items, and a few last-minute bags. The movers helped us deal with the remaining belongings and kept the main loading schedule moving. It was a useful option for a household that was almost ready but not quite there.
Titan Moving Group provided the worst I have ever had. The original person who gave me a quote said he would be the guy I worked with the entire time. This was not true, he was not the only guy I got to deal with I dealt with another associate. Customer service when you try to call them is horrible. They will not call you back. I literally had to call every two hours in order to find they someone. They did not mention that my items would be placed in a warehouse, they were and it took forever to get the items to be my new location. The dispatcher has no clue what he is doing, he said he would give me a call to let me know when the item shipped. The items finally arrived and two hours later he said they were in the process of shipping them. This company is a classic bait and switch. Tell you what you wanna hear and then don't do anything they promise. Beware they are not worth using.
