Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
What stood out was how adaptable the movers were. We changed the placement of a few pieces at the last minute, and they handled it without complaints. Excellent customer service.
Robert made my commercial move so smoothly. He managed the crew, checked the fragile electronics, and guided the unloading process. His involvement gave me peace of mind and helped the process feel easy.
At first, I thought the garage would be the easiest part of the move. Then we got to the workbench and the heavy tool cabinets. The crew handled those items as a team and secured them properly in the truck. They didn't cut corners with the lifting, and everything reached the new property in good condition.
My experience with the moving company Titan Moving Group. Would not recommend. The movers came to pick up my stuff at 4 PM. They had already done two jobs that day. They were tired and in a hurry. Same exact experience when they came to drop my stuff off at my new place. They lost some of my stuff. They damaged almost all of my furniture. Titan Moving Group is clearly one of those companies that hires as few workers to do as much work as possible. That leads to shitty service because the workers are always tired and in a hurry. Ultimately, I wish I had just sold my furniture and started over at my new place rather than pay for such a shitty service from Titan Moving Group. I feel like if you're moving and you have furniture that is so nice you really want to transfer it with you, you probably have enough money to hire a better service than Titan Moving Group.
Our move involved a few stops, so I thought keeping track of everything might be difficult. The movers kept things organized and made sure the right items came off at each location. They were friendly and easy to work with. Nothing was missing at the end. Really solid service.
I needed help moving out of a small apartment after living there for several years. There were more boxes than I expected, plus furniture that needed careful handling around tight corners. The crew stayed patient and got everything into the truck without making me feel rushed.
We had a few extra boxes that weren't part of the original plan, but the movers helped us figure out the best way to fit them in. They were practical and friendly throughout. Made a stressful day feel manageable.
Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They picked up our daughter’s furniture and, since then, we’ve received virtually no updates about when it will be delivered. Communication has been absolutely terrible—we’ve called and reached out multiple times, but no one can give us a clear delivery date or meaningful information. Entrusting a moving company with your belongings requires confidence that they will communicate and follow through. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We have no idea when our daughter’s furniture will arrive, and the lack of transparency has been incredibly stressful. I would never recommend Titan Moving Company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values communication and customer service. I would give zero stars out of 5
Titan Moving Group provided the worst I have ever had. The original person who gave me a quote said he would be the guy I worked with the entire time. This was not true, he was not the only guy I got to deal with I dealt with another associate. Customer service when you try to call them is horrible. They will not call you back. I literally had to call every two hours in order to find they someone. They did not mention that my items would be placed in a warehouse, they were and it took forever to get the items to be my new location. The dispatcher has no clue what he is doing, he said he would give me a call to let me know when the item shipped. The items finally arrived and two hours later he said they were in the process of shipping them. This company is a classic bait and switch. Tell you what you wanna hear and then don't do anything they promise. Beware they are not worth using.
Hired this group to move my 67 year old mother. Original price was 3500 then the day before the move my mom increased the count of boxes from 50 to 100 an additional150 cubes. That ame with a 1600 increase in price no problem I understand but then the day of the move my mother was told it would be an additional 1600 on top of the other 1600. They said she had 350 more cubes no explanation about what caused the increase was told their computer didn't estimate the correct cubes. So had to pay what are you going to do its the moving day. So if you do want to us this company make them come and look and set a hard price if not they will double the cost the day of the move and screw you because they know you have no other choice.
