Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
Our move involved a few stops, so I thought keeping track of everything might be difficult. The movers kept things organized and made sure the right items came off at each location. They were friendly and easy to work with. Nothing was missing at the end. Really solid service.
What stood out was how adaptable the movers were. We changed the placement of a few pieces at the last minute, and they handled it without complaints. Excellent customer service.
I honestly thought unloading would be the annoying part, but the crew made it pretty easy. They checked where things were supposed to go and worked through the rooms one at a time. That was a nice touch.
I appreciated how respectful the crew was around the house. They didn’t drag furniture around or treat the property carelessly, and they cleaned up their work area before leaving. The service was handled properly all the way through.
We had to move out before our new house was completely ready, so some belongings needed to go into storage. Having the furniture and boxes handled as part of the same moving plan made things much simpler. The team kept the items organized, and we did not end up with a confusing mix of household essentials and things we would not need for a while.
We had a home office to relocate along with the rest of the house. The desks, monitors, filing boxes, and office chairs needed to stay together as much as possible. The movers followed our instructions, and setting everything back up at the new place was much simpler than expected.
This is a horrible moving company. After taking possession of my belongings, they requested additional payment for fees that were not included in the original quoted price. The final cost was therefore significantly higher than expected. They were very unprofessional and took 10 days to deliver my items
We had a few extra boxes that weren't part of the original plan, but the movers helped us figure out the best way to fit them in. They were practical and friendly throughout. Made a stressful day feel manageable.
I had furniture going into both an upstairs bedroom and a downstairs living area, so the unloading needed some actual planning. The crew separated the items by destination and handled the heavier pieces first. They kept asking for confirmation before placing anything in a tight area. That communication made a huge difference. Really smooth service from start to finish.
There were several heavy storage bins mixed in with regular household boxes. The crew separated the heavier items, balanced the load properly, and worked at a steady pace. Their physical strength and organization really showed.
