Communication has been absolutely terrible—we’ve called and reached out multiple times, but no one can give us a clear delivery date or meaningful information. Entrusting a moving company with your belongings requires confidence that they will communicate and follow through. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We have no idea when our daughter’s furniture will arrive, and the lack of transparency has been incredibly stressful. I would never recommend Titan Moving Company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values communication and customer service. I would give zero stars out of 5
Choosing this company turned out to be a huge mistake. The delivery timeline they provided was extremely misleading, and my belongings arrived much later than expected. Living in a new apartment without furniture, clothing, or kitchen supplies for several days was incredibly frustrating. When I finally received my shipment, I realized that multiple items were missing. Instead of immediately helping me, the company delayed the claims process and expected me to pay shipping costs upfront to recover property that they had lost. Their customer service representatives showed very little concern and offered no real assistance. I would never trust this company with another move and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
