I don’t think they are professional at all!

I called this company to get a quote on moving and I asked if they moved locally they quickly said they couldn’t help me and just hung up in my face! I thought that was very rude! The person didn’t know if I had more questions or if they could refer me to another company! I don’t think they are professional at all!!

It was worth hiring them.

I have dealt with other movers before, and things usually get messy. This time it was different. The team followed instructions clearly and did not create unnecessary back and forth. Lindley made sure everything was right on track. It was worth hiring them.

Organized Home Office Move

We had a home office to relocate along with the rest of the house. The desks, monitors, filing boxes, and office chairs needed to stay together as much as possible. The movers followed our instructions, and setting everything back up at the new place was much simpler than expected.

It was a great experience.

I hired Titan Moving Group for a local move about few miles across town. The truck arrived at nine in the morning and left my new apartment at two in the afternoon. I counted twenty three boxes and eight pieces of furniture, and everything matched the inventory list they gave me at the start. Couldn’t ask for a better service!

No recommended.

We hired Titan Moving Group for a cross country move from California to NC. The sales guy (Jack) made it sound like this would be a smooth operation as Titan Moving Group has offices in both SoCal and Charlotte. Currently, we are in limbo with our stuff in a warehouse and no indication on when they will ship it to us. Both my wife and I work remote and have to make do with an empty house while we await some sort of notice. The Good The crew that showed up. They were really professional and loaded up the truck with care. Really nice guys and were pretty careful with the loading. The Bad No communication. “Jack” the sales guy who promised to be with us the whole move is ghosting us. The customer service responds with basic “when the truck is loaded you’ll get a call from dispatch.” No indication of when we can expect the move even though we scheduled our move in advance. On top of all that, they also charged us more at pick up. So as of right now, they’re a 1 star review. If they reach out and be more transparent and deliver our household to us I will reconsider and change the review.

The team arrived on time and completed their mission without any delays. Titan Moving Group managed the heavy lifting with a lot of care and made sure the truck was packed securely. I am very satisfied with how smoothly the entire transition went.

Convenient Moving and Storage

We had to move out before our new house was completely ready, so some belongings needed to go into storage. Having the furniture and boxes handled as part of the same moving plan made things much simpler. The team kept the items organized, and we did not end up with a confusing mix of household essentials and things we would not need for a while.

Professional Appliance Moving

Solid 5 stars from my side. I had around 25 boxes along with a few large items, and everything was handled properly from start to finish. Nothing was misplaced, and the delivery matched what was discussed earlier. I would definitely suggest them.
