My expectations were not met during this move. I was disappointed by the communication and overall coordination. The process could have been much easier with better planning. I would like to see meaningful improvements.
We had a really long day moving across the state, but the energy stayed high until the very last box was unloaded. There were 2 guys on the crew, and they were both very professional and respectful of our property throughout the few hour drive. Tip Top Moving They were upfront about the timing, and they hit their arrival window perfectly. It was worth every penny to have that kind of reliability.

The narrow driveway at my new place made it impossible for a large truck to get close to the front door. The movers had to carry every single box a long distance from the street to the house. They did not complain once about the extra walking or the heat outside. I was impressed by their stamina and how they organized the boxes by room. It made my unpacking process so much faster. I will definitely call them again for my next move.
