My expectations were not met during this move. I was disappointed by the communication and overall coordination. The process could have been much easier with better planning. I would like to see meaningful improvements.
I am very happy with how this move went. We scheduled two separate delivery times on the same day because of building access rules. Tip Top Moving managed both time slots without confusion. The movers stayed patient and respectful throughout the entire process. If you want a team that follows through on what they promise, give them a call.
Event materials needed to be moved out of a convention hall overnight. The crew arrived, reviewed the layout, and worked through sections one at a time. Booth frames, signage, and boxed supplies were moved in the order requested. They adjusted when priorities changed during the process. The pathways stayed clear for other crews working nearby. The work stayed on schedule, which mattered with the venue deadline approaching.
They came with another helper, and the two of them handled the move for us. It took most of the afternoon, but they kept things moving along the whole time. I was still sorting through a few last boxes while they were working, so having the extra help really mattered that day. The work was done I could finally sit down and relax for the first time that day.
This was not the stress-free moving experience I had hoped for. I found the communication less helpful than expected. Better organization could have prevented some of the frustration. Overall, the service needs improvement.
The movers were very nice but not chatty half the day. When we needed something they kept their focus and were pleasant.
It was hard to move from a house to an home due to the stairs and limited room. They received help from their movers who were ready to help with their dollies and straps. They were friendly, professional and in such cramped conditions they managed to move all the items without any hassle.
The staff have talked and organized it out with me before we moved, and they did it on moving day too. They were extremely organized and finished with the move in record time!

Tip Top Moving They were upfront about the timing, and they hit their arrival window perfectly. It was worth every penny to have that kind of reliability.
The narrow driveway at my new place made it impossible for a large truck to get close to the front door. The movers had to carry every single box a long distance from the street to the house. They did not complain once about the extra walking or the heat outside. I was impressed by their stamina and how they organized the boxes by room. It made my unpacking process so much faster. I will definitely call them again for my next move.
