Moving company in Chicago, IL
The team worked together really well and stayed focused throughout the move. They handled heavy furniture safely and kept the boxes organized by area. The whole relocation felt much easier because of their approach.
These pro movers helped us to move our furniture and appliances, and they have done a fantastic job! They have been an expert help in covering my shift.
Order #MD-33821 was for the transportation of a home gym set. Truck #T-405 was equipped with rubber floor mats to set up equipment outside, as well as heavy duty hand trucks for loading squat racks and weight plates safely.
I've heard so many horror stories, I was hesitant in hiring any moving company, but this company changed my mind. They were honest, professional and careful with all my valuables. I was provided with no permission and no requirements to worry about anything. I recommend them!
This is the smoothest move I have ever done! The team from this company was on time, had a plan, and was able to pack it up safely without any rush. They even called me during the process to ensure that I was comfortable with how things were being done. Thanks to their efficiency, the move went seamlessly. I am glad that I got them to do it!
One of my household items was damaged during the unloading process. I had expected the movers to use more care when bringing larger pieces into the house. The damage was disappointing and avoidable. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service.
The team packed and moved our belongings (baby grand piano). The crew was in concert and very thoughtful throughout. We're very pleased!
It was hard to move from a house to an home due to the stairs and limited room. They received help from their movers who were ready to help with their dollies and straps. They were friendly, professional and in such cramped conditions they managed to move all the items without any hassle.
They carried out our entire home gym setup, which consisted of an adjustable dumbbell rack and a heavy treadmill, to Order #414, and they carried the cast iron weights out one by one and avoided any scratches on the door frames or floorboards.
The movers made the transition to our new house much easier. They worked carefully around the furniture and paid extra attention to fragile belongings. Their communication was clear throughout the move. The unloading was completed in an orderly way. It was a well-coordinated experience.
