My expectations were not met during this move. I was disappointed by the communication and overall coordination. The process could have been much easier with better planning. I would like to see meaningful improvements.
Used their service when downsizing to a smaller place. During the move, nothing was confusing, and once it was done, I could settle in right away.
I cannot thank Tip Top Moving enough for helping me move my 2 bedroom apartment on such a rainy Saturday morning. We had a massive sectional sofa that had to be carried down three flights of stairs because it wouldn't fit in the elevator. The guys wrapped the fabric in thick plastic layers to keep the mud and water off of it. They were cheerful despite the weather and got the job done in exactly 3 hours.
The staff have talked and organized it out with me before we moved, and they did it on moving day too. They were extremely organized and finished with the move in record time!
Event materials needed to be moved out of a convention hall overnight. The crew arrived, reviewed the layout, and worked through sections one at a time. Booth frames, signage, and boxed supplies were moved in the order requested. They adjusted when priorities changed during the process. The pathways stayed clear for other crews working nearby. The work stayed on schedule, which mattered with the venue deadline approaching.
We had to move to our next location and this moving company was fantastic. 3 crew members came at the appointed time, loaded all of our large furniture with heavy duty blankets and treated our antiques with the utmost care. They went up a flight of stairs with neither a whimper nor a grumble. Worth every penny.

Tip Top Moving They were upfront about the timing, and they hit their arrival window perfectly. It was worth every penny to have that kind of reliability.
The team packed and moved our belongings (baby grand piano). The crew was in concert and very thoughtful throughout. We're very pleased!
The Tip Top Moving support team explained the valuation and insurance options to us in a straightforward manner and we did not feel any pressure to make a purchase.
They came with another helper, and the two of them handled the move for us. It took most of the afternoon, but they kept things moving along the whole time. I was still sorting through a few last boxes while they were working, so having the extra help really mattered that day. The work was done I could finally sit down and relax for the first time that day.
