I had 3 different pickup points, and I thought that would confuse things. They followed the order exactly and kept track of what came from where, which helped a lot when unloading.
These pro movers helped us to move our furniture and appliances, and they have done a fantastic job! They have been an expert help in covering my shift.
During the move, some of my artwork required special attention. In order to prevent it from moving around in the truck, Michael made sure it was packed individually and asked me about it in advance.
The crew was great because they knew how to handle the heavy lifting without any fuss. It took them about 4 hours to get my apartment moved over to the new place. I would use this service again.
My expectations were not met during this move. I was disappointed by the communication and overall coordination. The process could have been much easier with better planning. I would like to see meaningful improvements.
