Moving company in Chicago, IL
The team packed and moved our belongings (baby grand piano). The crew was in concert and very thoughtful throughout. We're very pleased!
Tip Top Moving did an amazing job with my relocation. The crew was fast, professional, and treated my belongings with extra care. Everything was moved safely and efficiently without any delays. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable moving company.
I called them because a coworker told me about his experience with them, and I am glad I listened. The crew took pictures of my furniture before they loaded it, and then showed me the pictures again at the end to prove nothing was damaged. Jimmy said that was their standard process for every move, and I really appreciated that level of transparency.
Honestly, I was so nervous about this move because my last experience with a different company was a disaster. Tip Top Moving made me feel like I was overreacting for even being worried. Everything went fine.
The Tip Top Moving support team explained the valuation and insurance options to us in a straightforward manner and we did not feel any pressure to make a purchase.
We were to relocate to a newly renovated home and had some concerns about potential scratches on the floors. The crew wore protective materials and protected the property to a high standard.
Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. I appreciated the honest communication and the effort the team put into making the process smooth.
This was not the stress-free moving experience I had hoped for. I found the communication less helpful than expected. Better organization could have prevented some of the frustration. Overall, the service needs improvement.
It's been my fifth in 10 years, and it was by far the easiest experience. The crew was efficient, on time and very customer-focused.
You should know that Robert went out of his way to make sure my piano did not get scratched. That was the thing I was most worried about, and he handled it perfectly.
