The team packed and moved our belongings (baby grand piano). The crew was in concert and very thoughtful throughout. We're very pleased!
The staff have talked and organized it out with me before we moved, and they did it on moving day too. They were extremely organized and finished with the move in record time!

We had packed quite a few of our boxes, but had needed to get some assistance with the heavier boxes. Everything was put in properly and boxes were fastened in the moving truck. There were no changes or damage to anything.
The movers were very nice but not chatty half the day. When we needed something they kept their focus and were pleasant.
A few big pieces of furniture needed to be shifted to my new house but not the entire house. They were glad to do the smaller work and took care of the belongings when loading and unloading. It was just what I needed.
This was not the stress-free moving experience I had hoped for. I found the communication less helpful than expected. Better organization could have prevented some of the frustration. Overall, the service needs improvement.
My expectations were not met during this move. I was disappointed by the communication and overall coordination. The process could have been much easier with better planning. I would like to see meaningful improvements.
I can say this company was very helpful when I was helping my parents with their downsizing. The movers were extremely patient and respectful, packing years' worth of items and setting them up flawlessly in their new home. My parents settled in easily thanks to them!
