Order #MD-33821 was for the transportation of a home gym set. Truck #T-405 was equipped with rubber floor mats to set up equipment outside, as well as heavy duty hand trucks for loading squat racks and weight plates safely.
I found myself needing temporary storage before and after pickup and delivery. These movers provided the option, kept all my belongings safe for about 2 weeks, and returned them to where they had gone. Their storage service was as good as their moving services!
The movers made the transition to our new house much easier. They worked carefully around the furniture and paid extra attention to fragile belongings. Their communication was clear throughout the move. The unloading was completed in an orderly way. It was a well-coordinated experience.
The movers were very nice but not chatty half the day. When we needed something they kept their focus and were pleasant.
Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with moving. This company is a broker and once they have their initial money they disappear and are unavailable for any phone calls. They led me to believe once I gave him my credit card information that would have three payments come out of my card which they contract out different drivers and different movers in each person wanted to be paid in cash or they wanted to 6% interest on a credit card payment, which I was not prepared for and caused a lot of stress. Damage to my new couch, Pilates machine, two metal tables and I haven't gone through everything yet but I'm sure there's more damage and missing parts. Do not hire this company.
I appreciated the fact that the movers would check the truck before they left to ensure that they hadn't missed anything. That little bit of reassurance helped us a little.
We had to move to our next location and this moving company was fantastic. 3 crew members came at the appointed time, loaded all of our large furniture with heavy duty blankets and treated our antiques with the utmost care. They went up a flight of stairs with neither a whimper nor a grumble. Worth every penny.

The team packed and moved our belongings (baby grand piano). The crew was in concert and very thoughtful throughout. We're very pleased!
