Moving company in Hollywood, FL
Ten out of ten. Joseph took pictures of my furniture before loading it onto the truck and showed me the pictures so I could see there were no scratches. Then, when we unloaded, he took more pictures to prove nothing got damaged. I have never seen a mover do that before.
The Moving Group Inc is worth a call if you want a crew that actually cares about your walls and door frames. I didn't see a single scuff mark on the paint after they moved my bulky dresser out of the apartment.
We had items stored in their climate-controlled warehouse for six months, and we needed them delivered. The retrieval process was simple and fast. Everything came out in the exact condition it went in. They carefully loaded and delivered all the stored furniture to our new address.
Great service and a very professional team. Moving our belongings to a new place seemed like a huge task, but the movers handled everything efficiently and made the process much easier for us. They were punctual, careful, and respectful, and they worked together very well. All of our items were delivered safely, and the team also helped with unloading and placement. I am thankful for their hard work and would gladly recommend this service to others.
Fantastic experience with these movers. The staff was friendly and professional, and they handled even the heaviest furniture with great care. Everything was packed, transported, and unloaded properly. Definitely a reliable moving service.
The Moving Group Inc did a solid job with my local move this week. They moved all the heavy storage bins from my attic and the workout equipment from the basement. The team was very energetic and did not take breaks until the truck was empty. I noticed they were very mindful of the fresh paint on the walls. It was a relief to have the heavy lifting done by professionals.
A different moving company lost a box of my kitchen stuff two years ago, so I was nervous using anyone again. The Moving Group gave me an inventory sheet at the start and checked everything off with me at the end. Nothing was missing, and nothing was broken. It was really impressive and organized!
The whole experience was very positive. The movers arrived on time, protected the larger furniture, and paid attention to the walls and doorways. They took a little extra time with the difficult items, but I was completely fine with that because everything was moved safely.
The moving team did a great job from start to finish. They were polite, hardworking, and willing to help with some last-minute things that needed to be moved. The process took a little longer than we originally expected, but everything arrived safely and in good condition.
Overall, we were satisfied with the moving service. The crew came prepared and worked carefully to make sure our furniture was protected during loading and unloading. They used blankets around several pieces and secured everything well inside the truck. The team was also helpful once we arrived and assisted with placing the furniture. There were a few small issues, but nothing that significantly affected the move.
