Moving company in Brooklyn, NY
They charged me extra because they claimed my items were heavier than expected. How does that make sense? They also scratched up my hardwood floors while dragging my dresser, and when I pointed it out, the foreman just shrugged and said, It’s not our fault. Unbelievable.
I moved from a Three-bedroom rental into a new place across the city with tight street access. The truck had to park a little further away, which meant longer carries, but the team didn't complain. They stayed organized and worked steadily until the last box was inside. Even the awkward hallway furniture made it through without damage. It went better than I expected.
I relocated across the state with a full one-bedroom apartment and no time to plan. TB Moving & Storage handled the logistics and made it feel simple. Richard confirmed everything ahead of time, and the team packed my stuff with care. I didn't lose a single item in the process. For such a rushed move, it went way better than I expected. I'd definitely use them again.
When they opened the back of the moving truck, I almost gagged. It smelled like something died in there. My mattress, which was clean and wrapped when they took it, arrived with brown stains and a musty odor. DISGUSTING. Also, I’m still missing two boxes of kitchen items, including my air fryer and brand-new blender. I have a feeling they “accidentally” kept them. Never again.
We downsized from a big house into a much smaller condo, and I was worried about how much stuff we'd have to leave behind. The movers were helpful without being pushy, and they worked with us to determine what to take, what to store, and how to pack everything safely. Their attitude made a stressful day feel manageable. Everything arrived in perfect shape, too.
Even though it was a small move, TB Moving & Storage crew treated it like it mattered. They didn’t rush, didn’t stack boxes carelessly, and even asked if they could help with furniture placement once they’d unloaded. Really appreciated their thoughtful gesture!
Very pleased with my experience with TB Moving & Storage! I did the packing myself but relied on them for the move and loading. They reorganized my stacked boxes to make better use of space in the truck and strapped everything down tightly. It arrived just like I packed it, without zero damage!
They wrapped everything with care and were incredibly patient as we figured out what stayed and what went. It wasn’t just about speed; they made the day feel less overwhelming, which meant a lot to our family.
I was helping my sister move into her first place and booked movers for the heavy stuff: couch, fridge, mattress. The two guys who showed up were easygoing but knew what they were doing. We were in and out in a couple of hours, and it honestly couldn't have gone better. Super grateful for how smooth it was.
I moved from a shared apartment into a studio downtown. I didn't have a ton of stuff, but the space I was moving into had tight hallways and a steep staircase. The movers worked carefully and ensured that nothing was damaged during the move. My bed frame, desk, and bookshelf arrived in one piece, with no scrapes or issues. Super smooth experience from start to finish.
