Moving company in Brooklyn, NY
I have this super heavy, king-sized bed that I was dreading moving. But the movers were great at getting it out of the old place and into my new one without any trouble. They disassembled it, moved it carefully, and even reassembled it when they got it inside. It was such a relief to have it handled so smoothly and professionally!
This company had arranged a pickup for a move date this July 2025. They asked for the deposit, which was paid in full after receiving their quote. Days prior to the move, I tried calling them to verify they would be on time on said date agreed upon. No one would pickup the phone after 4 days of repeated calls, no way to leave a voicemail and emails went unanswered. I finally called the contact number that shows the owners name and number within the BBB. He hung up on me after explaining the situation to him and deposit given. I then received an email the same day stating they would not be coming, sorry for the inconvenience”…..they also stated they would refund me the amount deposited. No money refunded, lied to about everything. Do not trust this company!
No matter how bad the weather became, these movers kept on working like clockwork. To keep dirt from tracking inside, they laid rugs and double-wrapped wet furniture. Exceeding expectations!
When they opened the back of the moving truck, I almost gagged. It smelled like something died in there. My mattress, which was clean and wrapped when they took it, arrived with brown stains and a musty odor. DISGUSTING. Also, I’m still missing two boxes of kitchen items, including my air fryer and brand-new blender. I have a feeling they “accidentally” kept them. Never again.
I moved from an apartment into a multi-level house, which meant dealing with tight stairwells and heavy furniture. TB Moving & Storage didn’t hesitate. They showed up prepared and made it look easy. Michael They led the team like pros and finished faster than I expected. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. That kind of reliability was worth every penny.
protective wrapping and ensure that nothing was damaged. They even helped me store things temporarily while the work was ongoing. It was great to have them manage the move during such an unpredictable time.
I moved from a high-rise apartment and had to deal with elevator booking times, tight hallways, and a strict building manager. The movers handled it all with expert care. They were polite, worked quickly, and ensured that not a single wall or door was bumped. I've moved three times before, and this was by far the smoothest experience I've had.
I was packing up after my lease ended and had more stuff than I remembered buying over the last few years. I wasn’t fully ready when the movers arrived, but they jumped in and helped organize things without making me feel rushed or embarrassed. They packed with care, made smart decisions about what to load first, and worked faster than I could’ve done with friends. They definitely saved me from a mess.
I relocated across the state with a full one-bedroom apartment and no time to plan. TB Moving & Storage handled the logistics and made it feel simple. Richard confirmed everything ahead of time, and the team packed my stuff with care. I didn't lose a single item in the process. For such a rushed move, it went way better than I expected. I'd definitely use them again.
They charged me extra because they claimed my items were heavier than expected. How does that make sense? They also scratched up my hardwood floors while dragging my dresser, and when I pointed it out, the foreman just shrugged and said, It’s not our fault. Unbelievable.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. TB Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
