Moving company in Brooklyn, NY
They charged me extra because they claimed my items were heavier than expected. How does that make sense? They also scratched up my hardwood floors while dragging my dresser, and when I pointed it out, the foreman just shrugged and said, It’s not our fault. Unbelievable.
I was helping my sister move into her first place and booked movers for the heavy stuff: couch, fridge, mattress. The two guys who showed up were easygoing but knew what they were doing. We were in and out in a couple of hours, and it honestly couldn't have gone better. Super grateful for how smooth it was.
I was moving out of a high-rise apartment, and the parking situation was a nightmare. There was limited space, and it was difficult to get a truck close enough. The movers quickly figured out a way to work around the parking issue and moved everything carefully. They were so efficient, and I never felt rushed. I was relieved they were able to handle everything in such tight conditions.
We downsized from a big house into a much smaller condo, and I was worried about how much stuff we'd have to leave behind. The movers were helpful without being pushy, and they worked with us to determine what to take, what to store, and how to pack everything safely. Their attitude made a stressful day feel manageable. Everything arrived in perfect shape, too.
We moved long-distance, and their movers were with us every step of the way. My move operator checked in before pickup, during transit, and even after delivery. Everything was delivered on schedule, and not a single item was out of place. Recommend them highly!
I relocated across the state with a full one-bedroom apartment and no time to plan. TB Moving & Storage handled the logistics and made it feel simple. Richard confirmed everything ahead of time, and the team packed my stuff with care. I didn't lose a single item in the process. For such a rushed move, it went way better than I expected. I'd definitely use them again.
We received a confirmation call just an hour after booking online. The staff followed every instruction perfectly. It was by far the easiest move we’ve had. Extremely professional gentlemen.
I have this super heavy, king-sized bed that I was dreading moving. But the movers were great at getting it out of the old place and into my new one without any trouble. They disassembled it, moved it carefully, and even reassembled it when they got it inside. It was such a relief to have it handled so smoothly and professionally!
I moved from a high-rise apartment and had to deal with elevator booking times, tight hallways, and a strict building manager. The movers handled it all with expert care. They were polite, worked quickly, and ensured that not a single wall or door was bumped. I've moved three times before, and this was by far the smoothest experience I've had.
I was packing up after my lease ended and had more stuff than I remembered buying over the last few years. I wasn’t fully ready when the movers arrived, but they jumped in and helped organize things without making me feel rushed or embarrassed. They packed with care, made smart decisions about what to load first, and worked faster than I could’ve done with friends. They definitely saved me from a mess.
