I found the overall moving process frustrating. Clear information and timely updates would have made a big difference. The arrangements could have been managed more professionally. I hope the company improves its service standards.
What I liked most is that they noticed I was overwhelmed and just handled the kitchen without me saying much. John especially kept checking if I was okay. That kind of care reduced my stress level. Thank you for making it so easy

My washer, dryer, and fridge needed to move into a condo. Andrew had the right tools, strapped everything down, and carried carefully. Machines were plugged in and ready. Saved me hours of stress.
I was really panicking about moving day, but the movers helped a lot! They were well equipped with blankets, plastic sheeting and everything they needed. They packed the fragile items very carefully and they marked a few boxes for me, so that I could locate the important ones later. All staff were respectful and efficient with no time wasted.
The entrance to our new home was a little strange, but the crew got the hang of it. All items were put in safely.
Swift Shift Van Lines assisted us in moving across the boundaries of states. The communication of the best of them; telling us times of arrival, rest breaks and the start of unloading. The movers on both sides were the same and they did a great job. Recommended 100%!
I had to move into a third-floor walk-up with no elevator. I apologized a few times, but the crew just laughed and said it was fine. They kept working without complaining once. they handled everything very well.
A 10/10 experience! I have a number of expensive furniture and I was afraid of getting damaged in the midst of my recent move. But, these movers did all things carefully and used custom padding. My furniture has reached me in perfect shape!
