The entrance to our new home was a little strange, but the crew got the hang of it. All items were put in safely.
The movers were polite, helpful, and professional throughout the day. They treated my furniture and personal belongings with respect. Communication was clear during the process. I was pleased with the overall result.
Once we moved into our old home, we had a very limited space to park the cars, but the movers didn't get into trouble. They maintained an orderly loading process and they were courteous to the other residents. All transport to the new location was made in a safe manner.
I was really panicking about moving day, but the movers helped a lot! They were well equipped with blankets, plastic sheeting and everything they needed. They packed the fragile items very carefully and they marked a few boxes for me, so that I could locate the important ones later. All staff were respectful and efficient with no time wasted.

I found the overall moving process frustrating. Clear information and timely updates would have made a big difference. The arrangements could have been managed more professionally. I hope the company improves its service standards.

A 10/10 experience! I have a number of expensive furniture and I was afraid of getting damaged in the midst of my recent move. But, these movers did all things carefully and used custom padding. My furniture has reached me in perfect shape!
The service did not provide the smooth experience I expected. Communication was inconsistent, which added to the stress of moving. I hoped for better organization and reliability. Unfortunately, the experience fell short.
