I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I felt it was deserved. Richard and the rest of the crew were respectful, efficient, and easy to communicate with.
So my move was complicated because my new place has a really narrow hallway. I warned them about it when they got here. The guys just nodded, measured it, and figured out a plan on the spot. They angled my bookcase perfectly and got it through without a scratch on the wall or the furniture. I was amazed.
A 10/10 experience! I have a number of expensive furniture and I was afraid of getting damaged in the midst of my recent move. But, these movers did all things carefully and used custom padding. My furniture has reached me in perfect shape!
There was a short time to move out. They worked quickly and efficiently with no corners cut and had the place packed in record time. Outstanding work!
I was really panicking about moving day, but the movers helped a lot! They were well equipped with blankets, plastic sheeting and everything they needed. They packed the fragile items very carefully and they marked a few boxes for me, so that I could locate the important ones later. All staff were respectful and efficient with no time wasted.
Swift Shift Van Lines assisted us in moving across the boundaries of states. The communication of the best of them; telling us times of arrival, rest breaks and the start of unloading. The movers on both sides were the same and they did a great job. Recommended 100%!
At the end of the day, it was just nice to see everything safely in the new location! The crew did an amazing job of making what could have been a very long day very manageable.
The service did not provide the smooth experience I expected. Communication was inconsistent, which added to the stress of moving. I hoped for better organization and reliability. Unfortunately, the experience fell short.
