The entrance to our new home was a little strange, but the crew got the hang of it. All items were put in safely.
The service did not provide the smooth experience I expected. Communication was inconsistent, which added to the stress of moving. I hoped for better organization and reliability. Unfortunately, the experience fell short.
I was really panicking about moving day, but the movers helped a lot! They were well equipped with blankets, plastic sheeting and everything they needed. They packed the fragile items very carefully and they marked a few boxes for me, so that I could locate the important ones later. All staff were respectful and efficient with no time wasted.

A 10/10 experience! I have a number of expensive furniture and I was afraid of getting damaged in the midst of my recent move. But, these movers did all things carefully and used custom padding. My furniture has reached me in perfect shape!
