The movers were kind and explained everything that needed to be done. They carefully wrapped the furniture, protecting delicate pieces with extra padding. They honored my parents' requests when they organized their room. They were taking care of our possessions as if they were theirs.
I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. James and the team arrived a few minutes ahead of the quoted time and after a quick inspection of the place, they got to work. I was especially pleased to see how carefully they handled my grand piano – securing it with padding and blankets from all corners. Everything – including the piano – arrived unscathed to me. Kudos to them!
We had to move our office, and Richard and Steven were the ones we were assigned to move. From the start to the finish, they were fantastic. They offered us a free estimate when they visited our workplace. They addressed all of our inquiries and gave thorough explanations of everything. On the day of the transfer, they arrived with a huge truck and a group of amiable movers. They also assisted us in taking apart and reassembling a few of the components. We were quite happy with the relocation and the assistance they offered.
I'd want to express my appreciation to the employees that drove us about yesterday. They were wonderful to work with: helpful, flexible, and interesting. They made what was a complicated job much easier to do.
Moving company delays my Move by a month. Moving from Ohio to CA. Was given estimated of 1 week, then Move has taken 4 weeks without receipt. The firm can't provide a certain date of delivery. When trying to approach, they give you a date and tell you to wait. After few attempts to try calling again, they won't be hesistant in taking phone call. Now my load is still missing without an estimated ETA or whereabouts.
On moving day the movers were amazing. We couldn't have moved without them. Movers were super friendly and able to accommodate our short notice and moved on Sunday. First of all movers were on time and very professional. We already recommend Swift Moving Services LLC to friends and family.

During the moving process, everyone I talked to was friendly, competent, and informative about the move. The moving company was very careful with our things. After bathing my babies, I packed their things, and David also helped me. I'm thankful for their service.
