Caught two guys from this company on my security camera using a dolly to transport the trash from a couch they delivered up the block to dump it on the sidewalk down the block for me and my neighbors to clean up after. Really classy! Don't use this company if you want the employees to be respectful to you and those around you.

I have nothing but good things to say! The two guys that moved our stuff were fast, efficient and made us laugh the whole time! We are very happy with the services we received and will absolutely always use this company! Prices were amazing and so worth it!
This moving company was okay, but not great. They were fast and professional, but they also seemed to be in a hurry. They did not wrap some of my items properly and they scratched the walls of my new apartment. They apologized and said they would fix it, but I have not heard from them since.
I had a terrible experience with Superior Moving. They lowballed their estimate and ended up charging me much more than originally quoted. The crew and truck provided were severely undersized for my needs, causing unnecessary delays and stress. To make matters worse, they falsely claimed I didn't sign up for a supplemental insurance policy, which I absolutely did. When I submitted a claim for my damaged furniture, the owner was condescending and rude, acting like an arrogant child. No receipt or invoice was provided, making the whole process even more frustrating. Avoid this company at all costs.
Great Communication. From the initial quote to the final delivery, the communication was excellent. The movers were professional and very careful with our items.
From Mark, owner, to the delivery guys. Everything went smoothly. Friendly and accommodating. Great price for a move across the city. Also, has a thrift shop if you have some, not junk, to get rid of.
We used superior last week to move our family. We had to move early and quickly due to both settlements on the same date. They showed up at 6am and had our 4 bedroom house packed up by 9. 1 truck, 5 guys. They did have to make a second trip for our yard items, but we expected that. The guys were awesome! Even helped us pack up a few last-minute items we were planning to just throw in the car. The staff in the office including Bill and Colleen were wonderful to deal with throughout the planning of our move date, confirmations and follow up. Thank you everyone for your hard work and helping make our move run smoothly!
