Moving company in Los Angeles, CA
The guys were great! Cheerful, polite and efficient! Even after a ton of loading and a long drive, they stayed positive and courteous! Ernest was a big help with all my questions and changes during scheduling! Appreciate the whole team!
Eric and David were both fast and efficient at getting the move done. They were very professional and made the job look easy. Signing up for the move was easy. I filled out the online inquiry and Murat called me promptly the next day.
Thank you SO much, Sunstate Moving Company! You three turned an otherwise impossible task into a fun moving party yesterday!! In less than a day, you three took several rooms of possessions to local storage, stacked them as directed in an accessible manner, and helped us offload a lot of unusable stuff to the trash bin rented just for that purpose. Thanks for being kind, considerate, helpful, attentive, reliable, resourceful, honest and super-efficient!! Thank you again for your professionalism and attention-to-detail. We are looking forward to working with you 3 again soon for Part 2 of our moving project.
I was told I was going to be getting a better deal than if I'd worked with a broker, which might be true, but I would have preferred to have been connected through a broker that might have given me a mover with better service. It was clever as hell that they'd set up as a villain who they're better than, because it means no matter how bad the service was, I could imagine it being worse. Weeks without an update that I didn't initiate, an extra 500 dollar charge at the end because Sunstate apparently didn't see the fact that my apartment was in a complex despite the fact that my new address was the very first thing I gave them when we started doing business (but no there was no way to adequately prepare themselves or me for this last shuttle charge) and several of my objects came in broken and busted. The fact that they had the gall to mention they take tips when I was getting my stuff packed up the first time infuriates me. Genuinely- avoid at all costs. They squeezed me for a pretty penny but at least it's the last one. Don't let them do the same.
Hired these guys for a last minute move, and they were amazing! Very professional. Eric and Murat was especially awesome! Definitely referring to my friends and family.
The guys were quick and professional, and had me moved out of my old place e and into the new 3rd floor apartment in no time! Would absolutely use them again, and recommend Sunstate Moving Company to anyone needing a moving company!
They were awesome! Friendly, professional, extremely careful with my belongings, fast and efficient. I will never use any one but them. Price was very fair. Thank you Sunstate Moving Company. I truly appreciate you.
Ernest and Eddie were absolutely fantastic. They made moving a breeze, including with my huge pinball machine.
Ernest and Eddie were hardworking ,professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a stress free move.
They did a wonderful job with our local move. The guys were so friendly, polite, respectful and used great caution with our furniture. Scheduling was quick and easy. Communication on their arrival was accurate even they were delayed, they made calls to us to let us know. I would highly recommend them.
