I expected a smooth experience, but it turned into a series of problems. Communication was poor, and the timeline kept changing without clear explanations. Very disappointing overall.
The overall relocation took much longer than anticipated. There were delays during loading and unloading, and the schedule kept changing throughout the day. Although everything was eventually moved, the extended process was tiring and inconvenient. Better planning could have made the move considerably smoother.

The crew came with the equipment needed for the household move and worked as a coordinated team. Furniture was protected during transportation and boxes were handled carefully. The overall process was straightforward and well managed.
There were many pieces of wooden furniture that we had to move, and the crew took care of the corners and surfaces. Everything appeared as good as it had prior to the move.
Everything was flawless. The next time I need to relocate, I will most certainly give Summit Moving & Services another call.
This was a very disappointing experience. The crew kept stopping between trips and never seemed focused on finishing the job. A local move shouldn't take this long. I expected much better service.
We enlisted their services to move our photo studio, which was quite fragile with lighting equipment and backdrops. They safely and on time provided them. We're thankful!
