These movers are packing pros! Not a single item was damaged during our cross-country move. They wrapped our dishes individually, secured our artwork in custom crates, and labeled everything meticulously. Plus, they provided us with a detailed inventory list, making it easy to keep track of our belongings. The attention to detail was impressive.
I spoke with the guy by the name of Mike who quoted me a price over the phone. Turns out what we spoke about. Was exactly what was done yet the price changed dramatically. I'm the type of person where a handshake works. I trust you. I trusted this guy and It was a big mistake, I would never trust him again. He strong, armed me and bullied me as a customer you should never have to feel like that. From their point of view, they're the only people in the world that move pianos. Stay away from this type of company.
The move lasted around few hours and proceeded without a hitch. All of the movers were pleasant and helpful, and their rates were fair. During the move, we had no losses and had no damage to any of our items.
