Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
I had an unexpected last minute move and Solomon and Sons made the process stress free. Everything from the customer service to the movers. They were professional, helpful, and kind. I can’t recommend enough!!
The movers did a great job of packing and moving my L-shaped sofa. The item got to me in great shape. I had a few fragile items, and while packing movers didn't mention them as fragile, yet thankfully these all came smoothly.
Usually not the type to make reviews but WOW so impressed by the professionalism of this company. Special thanks to the drivers the sales team and customer service for being on top of my move and everything to do with the whole process. Thank you Melanie for having all the patience in the world for all my questions about my move you’re the best!
My family's move was a nightmare. We originally booked the move with a national company who unbeknownest by us subcontracted our move to Solomon and Sons, who lost and broke items, drove around for 2 weeks with our belongings in the back of a semi trailer in the summer heat after we were promised to have our belongings delivered in 4 days, attempted to charge thousands of dollars extra after they had started the move, and want to take zero responsibility for anything. Stay away from this company! The response from this company shows they want to still take no responsibility...they arecthe correct company.
Lakiesha was a dream to work with. She was very patient with me and my inquiries. Thank you Lakiesha!
Beware ! these guys are sneaky ! We had an untruthful foreman who charged us extra to move 3 miles from one places to another - disappeared for 45 minutes with our stuff and then was drinking on the job. We complained to the company as he did not explain the paperwork we were signing was for additional charges. Customer service was no help at all - even though they admitted we were wrongfully charged for 2 additional hours of labor as well as credit card processing charges, they would not help on the wrong charges for additional boxes. I counted every box they used and they used 30 boxes less than quoted yet charged us $500 extra !!!! how insane is that ?!?!? over $4k to move us 3 miles !!! Shop somewhere else - do not make the mistake we made. **edit - and now the president of the company is claiming I was not a customer - cute.... I have credit card charges, phone call records and emails from your customer service team which proves otherwise. Proof can easily be provided-
I am extremely satisfied with my delivery. First the delivery men and the driver were very kind, courteous and efficient. I received my driver on time and everything was allocated in my new living space. Thank you so much.
The movers were on time, ready to work and did a great job packing our things. I feel confident that the delivery will have little to no damage. Stellar job.
If I could I would give the crew from Solomon and Sons 10 stars. They were on time, polite, efficient and very careful with wrapping every piece of furniture. I am very happy that I went with this company. Totally awesome crew. Highly recommend.
Exceptional customer service. They are the definition of a stress free move. The packing/moving team went above and beyond from arrival at first home to unpacking the next morning in another state.
