Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
The crew leader strolled through the house before and after moving to make sure they had no special instructions or damage. There is not much more accountable than that.
The movers made the entire relocation process simple and worry-free. They handled every box and piece of furniture with care and showed great professionalism throughout the day. I would definitely use their service again.
I did not expect anyone to help me take the plastic wrap off my couch after the move. Sinatra Moving Group stayed an extra few minutes to unwrap everything and take the trash with them. I am so grateful!
The movers were professional, friendly, and very careful with my belongings. Everything arrived safely without any damage. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.
I really didn't want to move my huge glassware and ceramic collection. The movers took extra precautions to protect all of my items, and they used custom crates for items that were fragile and delicate, and they treated each box with care. I was delighted to get it all together!
Team was on time and immediately started to load. All the goods were safely transported and delivered there without any significant problems.
The delicate items were taken care of by the movers. They packed all well and no damage was done. Their attention to detail was something we were so impressed with!
There were a variety of boxes, furniture, and some bizarrely shaped objects. The crew worked very efficiently and seemed to have an effective approach to loading the truck. They set the heavier materials in place and separated the boxes. Overall, they executed the job extremely professionally.
Rescheduled twice, they were flexible and understanding. The actual move was as smooth as it could be. We highly recommend them!
My overall experience with this company was quite good. The crew carefully wrapped the boxes and took care to protect the furniture. The only part I would change is the communication leading up to moving day, since I had to call once to confirm the time. The service on the actual day was excellent.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Sinatra moving group holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
