Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
We moved to a bigger home and were pleased with the assistance provided by Sinatra Moving Group. The number of boxes was significant, and some were heavy, but the crew handled everything systematically. They were mindful of the furnishings and of the home.
The relocation was much easier because the movers stayed organized throughout the day. They secured the furniture properly and kept track of the household boxes. Communication remained straightforward during the process. The final unloading went smoothly. Overall, the team handled the move responsibly.
At first, I was afraid I would lose control of moving, but I didn't. They kept me informed of everything up to the end, which I was thankful for. They even asked for my opinion on where some of the boxes should be placed at the new location. They involved me, and I was very grateful to them for that!
We had to temporarily relocate some furniture during the renovation of our home. Some things were stored away and others moved about the house. The movers were very careful following our instructions and organized everything. What we needed right here.
Delicate antique furniture had to be brought by Order #VA-33104. Our 19th century cabinet arrived on board truck #T-515, which was fitted with double-padded quilted moving pads and custom felt lining, so that no one could ever tell how it was transported.
One delicate household item was damaged during transportation in this fictional example. It appeared that the item could have used more protective wrapping. Discovering the damage after delivery was disappointing. More attention to fragile belongings would have been better.
I really didn't want to move my huge glassware and ceramic collection. The movers took extra precautions to protect all of my items, and they used custom crates for items that were fragile and delicate, and they treated each box with care. I was delighted to get it all together!
The crew leader strolled through the house before and after moving to make sure they had no special instructions or damage. There is not much more accountable than that.
The delicate items were taken care of by the movers. They packed all well and no damage was done. Their attention to detail was something we were so impressed with!
They were the only company that was able to help us move on short notice. They also came on time to move and moved our things in a great way. We are so thankful!
