Worst moving company ever. Unprofessional. They hire other companies to move your stuff. Don't trust them. They also triple your quote whenever they feel like it.
My experience with Savannah Moving was awful. Jack and his crew lied about their storage facilities and broke leg of my favorite couch. They claimed it was enormous and so giant that the damage was expected and ended it up as an untidy trash can. Moreover, I needed to keep two additional mattresses, four couch sets and five additional chairs in the warehouse for at least six months, but they charged double for this. Such inexperienced and inefficient movers!
For a recent move, we used Savannah Moving, and their service far above our expectations. Four males arrived quite early and remained all day. They started work and their work amazing.
They safely and efficiently warehoused and delivered my extensive collection of reissued vinyl albums. Each record was meticulously sleeved and labeled before being placed in the climate-controlled storage facility.
It was a nightmare to relocate with this company. Many pieces of furniture, including my brand-new couch and dining room table, were damaged by Max and his team. When I complained, they didn't repent and help. I saw those folks, but they stated, "We won't return a single penny," adding that it wasn't their obligation since the item was already ruined. They treated my kids with disdain, and professionalism was lacking. Never use them‼
My interaction with Savannah Moving revealed that Savannah Moving communication was deficient. I had to struggle to get in touch with the company to book the move, and when I did, they could have been more helpful in handling my issues. Based on my experience, I wouldn't suggest Savannah Moving.
We made a big move from a two-bedroom house to another place, and these guys owned it. They took care of everything, from taking apart and putting back together our furniture to making sure every box ended up where it belonged. Total pros and made our long-distance move a piece of cake.
